FTS offers three plans designed for teams of any size. All include case creation, search, and AI assistance.
Plan comparison
SAML SSO is not available today, on any plan — including Enterprise. The
table above and the Enterprise list below both offer it. Security
states the opposite in this same handbook (“FTS … offers no SAML single
sign-on”), and there is no SAML code in this product. Sign-in runs through Clerk
with e-mail and password. Whether Enterprise SSO should be offered at all is an
open decision (open item #102) — until it is made, this warning describes the
state, not the tick.
There is no public API and there are no outgoing webhooks today, on any
plan. The table above ticks Webhooks for all three plans and grades API
access from Limited to Full, and the Team list below promises “full API and
webhook support”. The same handbook says the opposite:
Integrations denies webhooks outright, and
Troubleshooting records that there is no public API yet.
No access token for a customer API appears anywhere in this product, and every
webhook path in it is an incoming one — Stripe, Clerk and e-mail delivery
call us, not the other way round. The way out of the system today is the export:
Settings → Data Export. Whether an API should be offered at all is an
open decision (open item #347) — until it is made, this warning describes the
state, not the tick.
There is no phone support and no dedicated support contact today, on any
plan — including Enterprise. The table above grades Support as “Email +
phone” for Enterprise, and the Enterprise list below promises “Dedicated support
(email + phone)”. Contact says the opposite in this same
handbook: “There is no emergency phone line, no Account Manager and no on-call
paging — on any plan, Enterprise included.” FTS is run by one person and nothing
pages anybody; e-mail is the only support channel that exists, and for a
critical incident the subject line [CRITICAL] is the fastest path. Whether
phone support should be offered at all is an open decision (open item #111) —
until it is made, this warning describes the state, not the table cell.
Member and workspace limits above are the binding plan limits enforced by the platform. The legally binding terms are defined in our Terms of Service. Storage figures are indicative.

14-day free trial
All new workspaces start with a 14-day free trial of the Team plan. No credit card required.
During trial:
- Full Team features enabled
- Create unlimited cases
- Invite up to 50 members
- No restrictions
What happens when the trial ends:
- A banner shows the days remaining for the whole trial, and turns amber for the last three days
- If you don’t activate a paid plan, the organisation continues on the Starter feature set
Nothing is deleted, and nothing becomes read-only. Your cases, your evidence and your history stay exactly where they are, and you can keep writing. What you lose are the Team features you were trying out — the copilot, semantic search, automatic text recognition, analytics — and the higher limits.
To activate a paid plan:
- Click Billing in the sidebar
- Choose the plan and the billing interval you want
- You are taken to Stripe’s checkout page to enter payment details
Billing only appears in the sidebar if you are an Admin in at least one organisation. If you cannot see it, ask an admin of your organisation.
Upgrading your plan
From Starter → Team:
- Click Billing in the sidebar
- Click Upgrade to Team
- You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your month
- Upgrade is instant; no downtime
From Team → Enterprise:
Contact sales@ferrufino-tech-solutions.com for a custom quote and setup.
Downgrading your plan
From Team → Starter:
- Click Billing in the sidebar, then Manage subscription to open Stripe’s customer portal
- Click Downgrade to Starter
- Review the impact (limited to 10 members and 1 workspace)
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
If you have more than 10 members, you must remove members before downgrading.
You’ll retain all existing cases, but member invitations will be limited to 10 total on Starter.
From Enterprise:
E-mail sales@ferrufino-tech-solutions.com
to discuss downgrade options and transition support. An earlier version of this
line said “contact your account manager”; there is no Account Manager on any
plan — see Contact (corrected 07.08.2026).
