14-day free trial
All new workspaces start with a 14-day free trial of the Team plan. No credit card required. During trial:- Full Team features enabled
- Create unlimited cases
- Invite up to 25 members
- No restrictions
- You’ll see a reminder 3 days before expiry
- If you don’t activate a paid plan, your workspace becomes read-only
- After 30 more days, your workspace is deleted permanently
- Go to Workspace Settings → Plan
- Select Starter or Team
- Enter payment details
- Click Activate
Upgrading your plan
From Starter → Team:- Go to Workspace Settings → Plan
- Click Upgrade to Team
- You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your month
- Upgrade is instant; no downtime
Downgrading your plan
From Team → Starter:- Go to Workspace Settings → Plan
- Click Downgrade to Starter
- Review the impact (limited to 5 members)
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
You’ll retain all existing cases, but member invitations will be limited to 5 total.
Member seats and overages
- Starter: 5 seats included; no overage option
- Team: 25 seats included; additional seats €5/month (prorated)
- Enterprise: Unlimited; no overage charges
Annual billing discount
Team and Enterprise plans offer 10% discount for annual prepayment. Savings example:- Team monthly: €299 × 12 = €3,588/year
- Team annual: €3,228/year (€360 savings)
