Role reference
FTS defines four roles with increasing permissions:| Role | Cases | Comments | Reviews | Invite | Admin | Plan |

Inviting members
Only Admin members can invite new users. The Starter plan allows only 5 members total.
- Click Workspace Settings (gear icon, top-right corner)
- Select the Members tab
- Click + Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Send Invite
Managing pending invitations
Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. To resend or cancel:- In Members, find the pending invitation (status: “Pending”)
- Click the ⋯ menu and select Resend or Cancel
Changing a member’s role
- In Members, click the member’s row
- Use the Role dropdown to select a new role
- Click Save
Removing members
- Find the member in Members
- Click the ⋯ menu and select Remove
- Confirm the action
Upgrading to invite more members
- Starter plan: Up to 5 members. To add more, upgrade to Team.
- Team plan: Up to 25 members. Contact sales for higher limits.
- Enterprise: Unlimited members.
