Role reference
FTS has exactly three roles with increasing permissions, and they are the same on every plan:Inviting members
Only Admin members can invite new users. The Starter plan allows up to 10 members in total.
- Click Settings in the sidebar (the gear icon, under Manage)
- Scroll to the organisation you want and its Invite Members block — everything lives on this one page; there are no tabs
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Invite
Managing pending invitations
Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. To resend or cancel:- Find the invitation under Pending Invitations in the same block
- Click Cancel next to it
To resend, simply invite the same address again. There is no separate
Resend button, but sending a second invitation to an address that is already
pending does not create a duplicate: it replaces the invitation with a fresh
link and a fresh 7-day window, and it does not use up an extra seat. You can
also correct the role this way — the new invitation carries whichever role you
pick.An earlier version of this page told you to cancel the old invitation and send a
new one instead. That still works, but it is the worse of the two paths: once
the pending invitation is cancelled, the new one is counted as an additional
member, so an organisation that is already at its plan limit because of that
pending invitation cannot send it. Inviting the same address again has no such
problem.
If an invitation could not be delivered, the entry says so — Undeliverable usually means a typo in the address, and Marked as spam means we will not write to that address again. Both are shown to you directly instead of failing silently.

- Pick the new role from the drop-down in their row

- Confirm the action in the browser dialog
