FTS is built for teams. Invite colleagues to your workspace, assign roles, and control who can view, edit, and review cases.

Role reference

FTS defines four roles with increasing permissions:

Start with Viewer for observers, Member for regular operators, and Reviewer for senior engineers who validate cases.

Inviting members

Only Admin members can invite new users. The Starter plan allows only 5 members total.
  1. Click Workspace Settings (gear icon, top-right corner)
  2. Select the Members tab
  3. Click + Invite Member
  4. Enter their email address and select a role
  5. Click Send Invite
They’ll receive an email within minutes. Once they click the invite link and sign up, they’ll appear in your Members list.

Managing pending invitations

Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. To resend or cancel:
  1. In Members, find the pending invitation (status: “Pending”)
  2. Click the menu and select Resend or Cancel
Canceled invitations cannot be restoredCancel only if you’ve sent the invitation to the wrong email.

Changing a member’s role

  1. In Members, click the member’s row
  2. Use the Role dropdown to select a new role
  3. Click Save
The change takes effect immediately.

Removing members

  1. Find the member in Members
  2. Click the menu and select Remove
  3. Confirm the action
Removed members lose access to the workspace. Their cases remain in the system (assigned to “System”). You cannot undo this action.

Upgrading to invite more members

  • Starter plan: Up to 5 members. To add more, upgrade to Team.
  • Team plan: Up to 25 members. Contact sales for higher limits.
  • Enterprise: Unlimited members.
